What Is It? :
The Honeywell 5000TC is a toroidal (electrodeless) conductivity sensor that measures solution conductivity from 0.2 to 2000 millisiemens/cm.
It features:
- Corrosion and fouling-resistant materials, including PEEK, PFA Teflon, PVDF, and Polypropylene
- Two mounting styles: Convertible or sanitary

Features :
Unlike traditional contacting electrode cells, the Honeywell 5000TC operates on an inductive magnetic field principle:
- An alternating current flows through a primary coil, generating a magnetic field.
- The magnetic field induces a current in the process liquid.
- This induced current generates a secondary current in the pickup coil, which is directly proportional to the liquid’s conductivity.
