The Micropilot FMR62 is the first 80GHz radar developed in compliance with IEC 61508 for functional safety applications. Specifically designed for aggressive liquid environments, it features a fully PTFE-filled and flush-mounted antenna, ensuring exceptional chemical resistance. The integrated PEEK antenna allows for smaller process connections, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
With optimized algorithms, a narrow beam angle, and smart sensor functionality (Heartbeat Technology), the FMR62 delivers unparalleled reliability and accuracy in complex vessel environments, even in the presence of internal fittings.
