Product Overview

The gas-net D1 is a dedicated DSfG-RDT unit designed to enable remote access to a local DSfG network within gas measuring and regulating stations. It is especially useful when remote access via the integrated RDT function of another gas-net device is not viable due to specific application constraints.

Remote Access Capabilities

The gas-net D1 allows remote connectivity through either:

• Telephone and Modem
• TCP/IP Interface and Computer Network

This flexibility ensures compatibility with a wide range of network configurations and user requirements.

Multi-Station Access

Up to four RDT stations can be configured with unique access credentials, enabling secure and selective communication with various gas metering points in the network.

DSfG Protocol Integration

• Local DSfG Interface: Complies with DSfG Class A
• Remote DSfG Transfer (DSfG-RDT): Complies with DSfG Class B
