What Is It?
The 1010 Load Computer is a powerful and intelligent loading system capable of controlling and managing the loading process simultaneously across multiple loading arms. The 1010CB loading system is MID-compliant and integrates loading, blending, and additive injection.
It includes standard provisions for all measurement and control functions required for loading, unloading, and blending various products such as fuel, biofuels, chemicals, bitumen, asphalt, and LNG/LPG.
This advanced loading system offers key functionalities, including:
- Flow measurement with pulse verification compliant with API and ISO standards.
- Temperature and volume correction.
- Digital valve control.
- Configurable I/O for seamless field configuration.
- Integrated touch key card readers for authorization.
- Smart connectivity with Honeywell’s additive injection and blending systems.
How Does It Work?
The 1010 Load Computer’s powerful microprocessor enables complex algorithm processing to control simultaneous loading across up to two arms. It displays totals, flow rates, preset values, various operational parameters, and operator messages on a large alphanumeric LCD screen.
The system can function in standalone mode or as part of an integrated terminal automation system (TAS). It also offers customization by Honeywell CEPS (Custom Engineering & Project Specials) to meet specific user requirements.
