What Is It?

The HERMetic Sampler GTN Chem from Honeywell Tanksystem is a portable, gas-tight liquid sampler designed for fully closed chemical sampling applications where maintaining sample purity is essential. It allows liquid transfer into a septum-sealed laboratory bottle without exposing the sample to the atmosphere, thus preserving its integrity.

Ideal for:

• Sampling clean chemicals or refined products
• Applications requiring no atmospheric exposure
• Zero vapor release environments
• Sampling via 2-inch HERMetic compact valves
• Representative sample collection (spot, bottom, running, or zone)

A closed vapor recovery system returns displaced vapors back into the tank, further minimizing emission and enhancing safety.

• Installs securely on 2-inch HERMetic compact valves with a quick-connect coupling
• Uses graduated measuring tape for accurate sampling depth
• Transfers liquid directly into a sealed, septum-cap laboratory bottle
• Employs a vapor recovery system to return vapors to the tank
• Ensures zero contact between the sample and the external environment
