SmartLine Wireless Universal I/O
Product Overview
The Honeywell SmartLine Wireless Universal I/O Transmitter is designed to wirelessly transmit multiple input types into a control system. It simplifies integration by combining high-level analog inputs, thermocouples, millivolt, and discrete inputs into a single wireless device.
Available Models & Features
- STUW750 Model: Supports up to three inputs, which can be a combination of high-level analog (0-20 mA/4-20 mA), thermocouple, millivolt, or discrete inputs. This model does not include a discrete output.
- STUW751 Model: Supports up to two inputs, allowing for high-level analog (0-20 mA/4-20 mA), thermocouple, millivolt, or discrete inputs. Additionally, it includes one discrete output that can be used to trigger alarms or control a device.
Features
- Measurement Conversion: Captures analog or discrete signals and converts them into a digital wireless format.
- Wireless Transmission: Sends data to other transmitters, field routers, access points, and ultimately a gateway.
- System Integration: The Wireless Device Manager (WDM) provides connectivity to control systems via OPC, HART, or Modbus/TCP.
- Secure & Reliable Network: Built on the ISA100 Wireless standard, ensuring redundancy and security for industrial applications.
Key Benefits
- Multi-Input Flexibility: Supports various input types in a single device, reducing the need for multiple transmitters.
- Cost-Effective Solution: Lowers installation and configuration costs by eliminating excessive wiring and hardware.
- Remote Monitoring: Ideal for locations without access to power, areas that are difficult to reach, or applications requiring frequent reconfiguration.
- Secure Wireless Communication: Incorporates industry-best encryption and reliability to protect data integrity.
- Seamless Integration: Works with Experion® PKS and other leading control systems.
